All you need is a twitter account, Gmail account.
follow the link below and download the tweetmypc software
run the installation and configure it by inserting your account details
dont forget to click the start automatically,So that you can always Control your PC once it is ON and Online.
Your PC must be Connected to the Internet before you can control it with twitter from your phone, or another PC
Click on save and Hide and you are good to go

2. Logoff: To remotely logoff your computer.

4. Lock: To remotely lock down your PC
5. Hibernate: To remotely hibernate your PC
6. Standby: To remotely put your PC in standby mode
7. Screenshot: A very interesting feature. When you update your Status with this
command, TweetMyPC will take a screenshot of your PC and will post it on Twitter.
